“My grandfather told me that there are 2 kinds of people: Those who work and those who take the credit. He told me to try to be in the first group; there was less competition there.” – Indira Gandhi
We see this happening in the real world, in and around us – in our neighborhood, organizations we work for. And it is common in places you work as a group. But it is inevitable as we have to work in team, not as an individual.
As long as we work in team we have these 2 groups - those who work hard and those who take credit. But if you observe the competition is less in first group – hard working people, so be there. Staying in this group is easy as you will be on your own strengths and you will have very less competition compared to other group.
But if you want to be in the second group - those who take credit, think again as you are on others strength and you should know that it will not work out, as you have to compete with more people in this group.
So decide, if you want WORK HARD and compete with less people or WORK LESS and compete with more people.
Hard working people are far sighted and a visionary, so they plan for the future and work hard to become strong in their skills, as it is the mantra for Success. Our System is deficit of skilled labors, so the demand for such people is always high.
For Hard working people – If you don’t get credit currently, not to worry much, as it will definitely come to you with compounded interest, sooner or later.
Vise verse to other team – Credit taking people. They have to pay back with interest, sooner or later.
Hard work pays!
